Art is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in enrollment, business, and finance operations. He has a proven track record of success in directing all accounting functions for organizations, including financial vision and strategy, policy and procedure compliance, and process improvement.
Previously, he held various leadership positions at Synergis Education, Inc., including Senior Vice President of Finance and Senior Vice President of Enrollment. At Synergis Education, he implemented standardized enrollment processes companywide, ensured continuous improvement of the CRM system, collaborated with leadership on optimal staffing levels, analyzed outcomes to improve enrollment and retention, and managed weekly, monthly, and long-term cash forecasts.
Prior to Synergis Education, he served as Vice President of Finance and Business Operations for Enterprise Services at Helix Education, Inc. In this role, he oversaw all aspects of financial strategy and planning, led a team of five, advised on financial decisions to achieve profitability and growth goals, and represented the company to existing and prospective clients regarding financial services.
He also held various leadership positions at the Institute for Professional Development (a subsidiary of Apollo Education Group), including Vice President of Finance and Business Operations and Associate VP of Finance. In these roles, he managed all aspects of financial strategy and planning, directed the recommendation process for new business, led a team of 50 finance and accounting team members, monitored monthly financial operations, and served as a decision-maker on financial and accounting issues relating to student accounting processes.
Jamison (Jamie) Kravcak, is a higher education executive with over 20 years of experience,
serving both the non-profit and for-profit sectors of education. Jamie has been an instrumental
leader in growing enrollments and managing partner relationships, while efficiently streamlining
business operations. Jamie started at Institute for Professional Development (IPD) serving in
business development and enrollment management, before moving into a leadership position.
After IPD, Jamie served as the Associate Vice President for Enrollment and Marketing at
Gwynedd Mercy University before spending the seven years at Synergis Education, where he
served as the Chief Operating Officer. Most recently Jamie was at Wiley University Services,
overseeing Strategic Initiatives and helped lead them through Wiley’s merger with Academic
Partnerships, now Risepoint.
Jamie has three children, Jeremy, Grace, and Quinn, along with his beautiful wife Jenny, where
they reside in the suburbs of Philadelphia. In his spare time, Jamie collaborates with young
athletes to develop their talent on and off the field, preparing them for college readiness at
Thoroughbred Baseball Academy.
Dr. Tami Little is committed to excellence in nursing education and practice through balanced leadership, strategic advancement, and continuous quality improvement. She started her career as an intensive care nurse and thoroughly enjoyed working at major medical institutions throughout the country including hospital systems in Phoenix, Seattle, Boston, New York City, Washington DC, and Norfolk, VA. In 2008, Tami desired a new challenge and began working as an adjunct clinical instructor for a local community college. She fell in love with nursing education and methodically advanced to full-time faculty, program coordinator, dean of nursing, and vice president of nursing within several academic institutions.
As an experienced nurse educator, Tami has facilitated student learning and managed academic programs at various levels including practical, associate, baccalaureate, and master degree programs. Her strengths are in curriculum development and revision; program design, implementation, and evaluation; regulatory applications, accreditation reports, and site visit preparations; faculty development; and program director coaching. Tami is passionate about nursing education and consistently implements creative strategies to advanced nursing programs and mentor academic leaders and instructors to provide the highest quality education.
Tami holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a focus on systems leadership from Rush University in Chicago, IL. She received a Master of Science in Nursing with a major in nursing education from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arizona. She is licensed as a Registered Nurse in several states and maintains certification as a Certified Nurse Educator.
